Yuxuan HeFriendly staff made the visit unexpectedly pleasant. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. The smell of freshly baked goods filled the air, making my mouth water. I tried a delicious waffle, which was crispy on the outside and soft inside. The cheerful atmosphere added to the experience, with light chatter and laughter in the background. A staff member promptly refilled my coffee without me having to ask, which showed great service. Overall, customer satisfaction seems to be a priority here, and I left with a happy stomach and a smile.

If I am a staff and I give you a burn waffle will you get angry come on this is a common sense thing. If you know the waffle is burn you should not give the custome in the first place. You don’t expect the customer to check right. And the waffle is not cheap is $1.90 each. Can you please let me know what will you do if you are at my situation?
Fun KwokThe waffles are a hit! I have been coming to this PrimaDeli for their waffles quite often. There is always a constant flow of customers ordering their waffles. The waffles are not too sweet and quite crispy and yet soft, and it’s fragrant too. The chocolate waffle is a hit with the family and it’s always $1.90 well spent. The lady making the waffles has a calm exterior and is not flustered even though there is a long line of customers waiting for the waffles. The chicken pies at PrimaDeli is always a hit with the family too and our favorite is the chicken pie.
