There were no customers at the time, but the staffs showed no engagement, and my waffle was placed on the counter without any communication by one of the malay lady. I hope you can look into this and improve the customer experience.
Norman NBAPrima Deli always made the best waffles. Soft, sweet, nice feelings and delicious. But their prices have been increasing. They should consider lowering their price as there are many bakeries everywhere.
