KJJ TanHonestly, the quality of the waffles is very poor. It wasn’t like this in the past. Waffles were dry, very dry. The long wait time doesn’t justify this quality. I wonder how did the quality of waffles deteriorate until such a stage given that prima deli has been around for years and the waffles used to be the best among other bakeries.

Otherwise, it is not worth paying $3.20 for a scarce hazelnut choc waffles with undercooked waffles. We are all fine waiting for a good waffles, don’t rush cooking an undercooked waffles and please improve on customer service as it can be off putting.
JoeOrdered 1 waffle, ONE waffle on 17 July, 6.03pm. Was told that waiting time is 15mins to 20mins. I came back at 6.34pm. Waffle is STILL NOT DONE "on the way". Not even a sorry. She probably gave out my order to someone else. Received my ONE WAFFLE at 6.41. It should not take close to 40minutes for ONE WAFFLE especially when customer is told that estimated waiting time is 15 to 20minutes. Ridiculous.
