K TanEvery time we pass by a PrimaDéli kiosk in the mall, it’s hard to resist ordering their traditional waffle. This outlet at Waterway Point serves up a nicely fragrant waffle, piping hot and tasting just as good as it always does. Cheap and good. A simple treat that never disappoints.

Rachel YangWent to the shop at about 12.35pm on 4 July. Wanted to buy a cake for my mother’s birthday and preorder my son’s cake. Stood at the cake side for a while, staff was on the handphone. Walked around the shop looking to see what else to buy and waited for the staff (who saw me) to be done with her call and attend to me. Decided to ask the other staff at the waffle counter about the cakes and she redirected me to the other side of the shop. Waited for a few minutes, browsed the catalogue and still no acknowledgement from the staff who was still on her phone. She knows I’m there cos we made eye contact. Honestly, with this service (or lack thereof) why would I even want to buy from them?
