BesharpsOrdered the plain waffles, service was good. The staff was polite and it didn't take long to receive my waffles. The waffles tasted alright, it was a bit thin and didn't use pandan so it wasn't as tasty as usual. It was very soft, it isn't the crispy and hard kind. But for the price and service, I guess it was quite good. The one thing I have to say is the store is probably the most dull and empty bakery I've been to. The designs were lacking I don't know if they are closing shop and moving but if not I think it could look better👍

And before she threw the cake into the trash, she used the same tongs to throw away "the tongs near the trash can". She still asked again: don't want ah? really don't want ah? It's funny because she can still ask the customer if they want the cake burnt or not before throwing it in the trash 🙂. I have had many experiences buying cakes here and the other times were fine. But this time the service attitude was too bad. The manager can review the camera to see if it was "burnt cake" or "crispy cake". When she gave me the cake, she also had an attitude. She wore a mask but pulled it down to her chin when making the cake. I also don't know what the purpose of wearing that mask was 🤣 It's meaningless. I paid for it, I didn't ask for it, so I served properly. I clearly wrote down the time so the manager could see which employee's shift it was, because I didn't want other employees to be affected.
