Nathan TanI bought waffles from this branch and was very disappointed with the experience. The staff were engaged in conversation and did not attend to my order promptly. When the waffles were finally served, they were burnt and super soft, as shown in the attached photos. This is unacceptable—not only is the service below standard, but the product itself is unsafe for customers to consume, especially given the high price charged.

Jo-anne KryztiliaTerrible.. Failed THREE times before making this soft pancake, unlike Prima Deli's crispy and fluffy ones. All this despite waiting for the 3 failed attempts! So disappointed. Will never buy again! 😪
