Prep Empire began with two people trying to get healthier. What started as cooking meals for ourselves quickly turned into something much bigger. After sharing our meals online, friends and family encouraged us to start selling them—and that’s how Prep Empire was born. Today, we’re still a husband-and-wife team preparing every meal with the same care we put into our own. Our mission is to make healthy eating enjoyable by creating high-protein, macro-balanced meals inspired by the flavours we grew up with. At Prep Empire, we believe that eating well shouldn’t mean giving up the food you love. It should simply be made better.
