Juicy and tender half chicken, mushroom sauce is coconut milk base, might not be to some people's taste. Has a few sprigs of baby spinach. Winglets don't have much meat, but tastes great. Mac and cheese was popular with my kids. Baked salmon and beef sirloin were dry and tough, recommend not to order. Prawns were really good though, sauce was some yummy citrusy butter drizzle. Milk pudding dessert had great consistency and taste, was topped with crushed biscuit crackers. Total bill sgd100, a bit pricey for portion of food. Great ambience, adequate service, minus one star for lack of complimentary water.
Excellent service from Sherwin from the time we asked for a table until the end of our meal. We had to wait a while as we had a party of 6, and he asked if we were ok to be seated separately immediately or if we wanted to be seated together which would mean waiting a tad longer for an available table. As we chose to sit together, he also asked if we would be ok to let the people in the queue behind us to get seated first as there was a smaller table available for them. We took 2 x 2 pax feasts which included their signature chicken, sea bass, chicken caborana, plus ala carte duck confit and the pan seared salmon. The brown butter cauliflower side with crushed nuts were fantastic, and a highly recommended side. Brussels sprouts & broccoli appetiser and the honey chicken wing (8pcs) appetizer that came with the meal sets were generous, portion wise, and flavourful. For the mains, their signature half chicken with creamy mushroom sauce is highly recommended. Their sea bass and salmon dishes were also well executed, fish was unexpectedly moist on the inside, complemented with a super crisp skin layer.
Great restaurant with excellent value for money. The food is delicious, portions are generous, and the quality is surprisingly good for the price. Everything we tried was well prepared and flavorful. Definitely worth visiting if you want tasty food without spending too much. Highly recommended.
