  Everytime I order from here I geld violated in some way. It’s been two years since my last delivery from here. And I was like since they are still open. Why not give them another chance again. And it’s probably the worst decision of my life. I get that it’s food delivery so it won’t be as fresh as getting it in the store. But tell me why was my Mac and cheese cold, my chicken drier than the desert and my loaded fries not loaded at all, it was practically fries and Mala sauce. For 5+ dollars? What kind of extortion is this. My burger tasted medicinal and the chicken was flat. And to add to the ridiculousness is that this meal for 1 being a deliver was pushing 30 dollars. I get there might be a delivery platform “tax” on items but this is ridiculous for the quality I’m getting. I will simply never patronise this outlet or any other outlet again after this shocking experience of cardboard chicken

  service was slow although i’m the only one in the restaurant. Ordered my food at 0249pm. Received my food at 0312pm. Could give a buffer time because there might be delivery orders they are handling but 23 minutes is insane. Not only that, they gave me an incomplete order when it’s already taking some time for them to give me my food. The shop was also not clean. A dead cockroach was found near the sink area. This is just unacceptable coming from someone who rarely complains but this is just a horrible experience.

  the filipino manager is always on a call, speaking tagalog with her philippines friends (she wears a headset which connects to her personal phone). happened more than once when i entered the store on separate occasions and she’s over there chit chatting away, not attending to me when i’m getting the staff attention. then you have this chinese teenage boy who has 0 social skills and can’t even mumble a sentence out while maintaining eye contact. barely even acknowledges me when i speak to him. honestly worst service ever. management pls look into managing ur staff bc why is the manager allowed to be on personal phone calls 24/7??? i come in to eat peacefully but yet all i can hear is her as she’s so loud on her call
