randallEhh I'm not sure why but everything is dry. From the biscuit to the chicken and even my fries. Something wrong with the thermometer maybe? Oil temperature is a little too high for the cooking time? My biscuit is actually hard and dense. Not the soft fluffy insides I was looking forward to. Or maybe a recipe change? Always liked popeyes so it was a bit disappointing today! Service is damn good tho! All the staff are super friendly
