Lo'vyn Lai𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (-) One of the self-service kiosks was out of order, which made the queue very long. (-) Was told that we can't order at the counter. 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 I had already purchased a full meal with a soft drink. But I was feeling unwell and needed some plain water to take my medicine before my meal is ready. (-) I requested some water to fill my bottle. The staff looked grumpy and referred me to the manager without saying a word to me. (-) The manager said they couldn't do so due to hygiene reasons. I then asked if I could have plain water in one of their own cups instead. He refused and repeated that it was due to hygiene. When I asked why hygiene would still be an issue if the water was served in their own cup, he then told me it would cost 10¢. If there was simply a charge for a cup of water, that could have been communicated from the beginning, and I'd have been happy to pay. (+) While communication could have been better, to his credit, he was polite the whole time. 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 (-) My loaded fries came without a fork. (-) My set meal was served without the drink. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 I returned to ask for my missing drink. I was smiling while waiting, as was the customer before me. The makcik told me that her drink had been forgotten as well, so we both had a little giggle about it. (-) Our cheeriness probably didn't sit well with the staff. Without saying a word, she frowned, handed us our drinks, and walked away.

EileenPopeyes Orchard Exchange located at 437 Orchard Road, Exchange, B1-19 Orchard, 238878. Came for late dinner on 9th April 2026, ordered 8pcs of chicken and fries, whip potato and 3 bottles of drinking water. Weather was hot and we have to request for ice and cup. We have 5 pax and was given 3 cup so we told the manager , can you give us 2 more empty cup as we just took dessert before coming in for late dinner and answer given was *No, as you only ordered 3 bottles of drinking watet* I told the manager nicely, can give us 2 smaller cup and again got rejected and was told there is no cup. We paid $36 and everything we requested is a NO! Very disappointed with their services and we will not ge back again! Imagine manager level and in service line this is customer service and if you need to charge, go ahead but straight away was a No! Service staff are not only sloppy but not attentive too
