Singapore Katong CatDo not order if you’re in a rush or don’t want to spend a ridiculously long amount of time waiting for your food. Food quality itself is decent. But the service is so slow. I happened to order on a day they have a promotional price for 4 pieces of chicken for $10 and really regretted ordering because I had to wait an hour for my order. There was no queue in the ordering kiosk, but turns out a lot of people were waiting around sitting down or walking around the mall. Many people kept going to the counter to ask about their order because of the extremely long wait and there’s no electronic board informing you of which order number is being served.
