Great deal with great staff! Lets dive in! Food: A standard for all locations.. and since we realized that we hadnt shared any other reviews for popeyes, this would be a good opportunity.. we tried many other popeyes but this seems to be better actually. And we do guess we know why. Service: The realization is due to the attentiveness of the staff. The staff had their smiles mode on throughout. Even their manager (black shirt guy, assumption) made sure everyone was eating well and comfortable. This is something not present at other outlets. Atmosphere: Standard layout save for the fact that its along a crowded walkway of the mrt. A good strategic place actually. The deco is also very welcoming. All in all, we loved the place, especially for the staff and service.. keep it up yeah. Totally recommended for all to come by.. Cheers!
Between Kentucky and Louisiana, my Queen and I always choose the latter. This stall at Woodlands MRT caught our eyes and we decided to have it. It was the umami seaweed chicken and some pink soda special menu. It was nice! Just that the chicken had a weird taste to it which we didn’t had in our past experiences with Popeyes. I feel like I did a review similar before but still remember this experience. Will try again soon
Came here on a Friday evening and yeah, the queue was no joke. High traffic, maybe 20-25 min wait to order and get food. I was close to bailing but I’m glad I didn’t. The wait was 100% worth it. The chicken was piping hot, super crunchy on the outside, and still juicy inside. That Cajun seasoning hits every time. Biscuits were fresh and flaky, not the dry ones you sometimes get. Staff were hustling hard despite the crowd and still managed to be polite when I collected my order. If you’re heading down during peak hours, expect a line. But for the quality and consistency Popeyes delivers here, I’ll queue again. Best fried chicken spot in Woodlands Xchange hands down. Pro tip: mobile order if you can, or come during off-peak to dodge the dinner rush.
