Ah V aka VeeNot sure what happened today .. receipt showed time of order .. and which team served the order. Had been supporting their chicken bucket by dining-in .. it was enjoyable till today trying take-away. The chicken were very dry .. looked like over-fried till the moisture/ juice is totally gone from the meat. They served me 2 chicken wings out of 4 chicken parts today .. usually it is assorted parts. If you are thinking of ordering today, stay away ? I did not enjoy my bucket today :( Something went wrong during the cooking process this evening !
HASNIERRA AQILAHTakeaway at this branch today, the environment was nice, but the cleanliness could be improved as some tables still had food stains. They also accidentally gave me an extra mac and cheese, but the male manager was very helpful and kindly let me keep it. Thank you for the good service.
ho chiachenThe customer service was extremely poor. The ordering kiosk initially hung, and when I informed the store supervisor, he simply asked me to wait instead of offering assistance. While this is just minor issue, it was already disappointing. Later, after I place my order for dine-in. I requested to change it to take away, the staff asked me to pack the food myself. I was honestly shocked, it’s unacceptable to ask customers to pack their own take away food!
