GengennieRUN if your assigned Dr is Goh Chee Leok. Uncle should just retire instead of wasting everyone's time and money. Read the rest of the reviews here for more details. If you are experiencing long waiting time, pls go see if Dr Goh is around. If yes, probably taking his own sweet time to slack in between patients.
j DeDTreatments are efficient overall. But phone customer service is non-existent. Tried to call to reschedule appointment on 3 separate occasions and after a 15 min wait each time. (Tried on different times during working hours) apparently due to all agents being super busy assisting others, the call ended with a callback option, where I provided my number. Two of those callback never arrived and one did after almost a week of the original call and that too was a missed call! Ridiculous!
