Heidi TanI had a super big advance order placed at the retail store and their POS (order system) had some issues so it took up a lot of their time. However, throughout the entire time of assisting me and trying to fix the POS and even with customers complaining, Ms Wan was still super patient, still very professional and friendly and was warmly assisting me and however she can with the other customers. She even provided her other more inexperienced staff with other solution (though the staff didn’t fully understand what had to be done) so that customers behind did not have to wait, but that staff still did not explain to the customers what was happening and why they could only accept cash at that moment which caused quite a bit of dissatisfaction. Thus, I would really like to give a very big commendation to Ms Wan for her warmth and patience for assisting me and she should not be penalised if the management is planning to do so. She really helped me out a big lot and I hope that her management recognises her or reward her for her good character and great service attitude all even while under pressure or big orders. Thank you Ms Wan!!

Hot Pastries are popular and there are even cakes in the chiller, both big and small. Drinks and bento boxes are also available. Price range is slightly higher than average.
