H KI was at Polar Clementi Mall close to 9pm on 13 Jan. I planned to buy some puffs for breakfast the next day. Saw a poster that says 3 puffs for certain $, and since both staff seem busy behind the Counter, one was cleaning the waffle machine and another at the other corner of the stall don’t know doing what, I spent some time standing in front of of the counter thinking which 3 puffs to get. After a while, still no one bothers to come forward to take my order. I made an obvious move to the front of the Cash Register to signal to the staff that I want to place an order. The lady cleaning the waffle machine can definitely see me but she simply refused to make eye contact with me! I said “Hello!” and still no response. Despite already scanned the SGQR code and getting ready to make payment for my order, I decided to walk away since NO ONE bothers to take my order! As I walked away, I could see that the waffle cleaning lady stole a look of me from the corner of her eyes. The service from your staff is horrendous! With such bad experience, unfortunately there will be no next purchase from me at this outlet.
Jane AngSigned up for Polaris+ membership. Redeemed a free slice of sugar roll cake (no sugar). Realised it has shrunk (shorter and slimmer) and became more yellow in colour. 🙏🏼 Hope it is from natural colouring ie: turmeric powder.
