Cyralyps SeahOrdered a "Melody" cake online priced at $29.90, which was labelled as suitable for 2 to 4 pax. However, the actual size of the cake was just palm-sized, and it is probably enough for 1 to 2 pax only. When I raised my concerns, they mentioned that if I had ordered in person, they would have advised me, which suggested that the product may have gotten similar feedback before. I believe this is misleading marketing and unfair to consumers.
Enzo TanYour 2 staffs were acting busy, taking a long time to serve customers and totally ignored me while attending to other customers coming after. Not apologetic at all. Shame on u polar for such services. You should send your staffs for proper service training. Shame on you. SHAME ON YOU
