The counter base has dark green paneling. 🟢 Polar Puffs & Cakes has a very long history harking back to 1926. ● When I was a child, my late Peranakan Baba father took me to their first outlet cafe, which was at High Street. That was in the early 1970s. 🟨 Food / Takeaway kiosk ___________________________ 🟨 Bought three ( 3) of their famous Chicken Curry Puffs at SGD7.50. ➡️ The crispy and buttery filo skin pastry contrasted nicely with the hearty and generous fillings of curry-infused chicken and potato cubes. 🟨️ These are my favourite curry puffs from eons ago. 🔵 Service = 🔵 The two women staff members there were friendly and pleasant. - dated 11th Feb 2026 / Wed.
cbs cbsThe dry chilli new puff taste awful with only sour taste & little mash fillings. Did u source from other supplier or home made? Owner please try yrself and be honest will you buy this puff?? Really shocked that your pastries quality is declining and getting more expensive.
Jasmine KhooDecent place selling the same ol’ classic Polar fare — highlights include their Swiss roll, chicken pie, etc. Tried the Otah one and it’s pretty good! Level of service is really nothing to rave about. Sometimes they’re friendly, sometimes not so much.
