HASNIERRA AQILAHI’ve bought from Polar Puffs & Cakes a few times for my family and they really loved it. I love cakes from this brand bcs they’re cute, fluffy, affordable but still taste premium. The designs are super pretty and the quality honestly exceeded my expectations. The block cake is definitely a must try. PLS GO BUYYY!!!!
sbn agbI had a bad experience with one of your auntie staff members on 25 July in the afternoon. I was looking for a cake, and she told me to choose the discounted one because it was cheaper. When I declined, she kept asking why and continued trying to persuade me to buy it in a rude manner. In the end, I gave in and bought the discounted cake. However, when I wanted to add some rendang puffs to my order, she told me it had to be a separate transaction because of the discount. She raised her voice while explaining this, which I found very rude and embarrassing, especially since there were other customers nearby. I hope you can provide your staff with better customer service training, especially on how to communicate with customers politely and professionally.
Mahen EtVery bad service, we ordered cake to collect at 9am at Punggol waterway point Polar puffs and cakes, we wait till 9:45 am but not ready yet. The person working here saying I don't know for everything. What a pathetic service. If you cannot train your staffs, shut down the place. Now we went to another cake shop to buy new cake. And nobody is responding to us from Polar. Please refund us our money we paid and call us.
