Irene Tan M XLove the wide selection of inexpensive cakes and crispy pastry by Polar. Situated in almost every neighbourhood, getting an urgent birthday cake was a breeze. Love that there’s low sugar option cakes available and sometimes discounts on cake/smaller cakes that doesn’t feel so gelat! 🎂🍫🍰 Their pastry are equally good too. Family loves their curry puffs and my personal faves is their tuna puffs and eclairs! Their pre-packed items (custard puff and marble cake) are quick-to-gos that I also love having as a quick buy when busy!
Rebecca MakiIt was my daughter's birthday, she wanted a cake from polar so I went online searching. It mentioned it's an online exclusive. But I was unable to order as the pick up time was written 12pm earliest, her party started at 12pm. I went down to this outlet, the lovely staff (aunty) told me she could help me, and said the pick up is anytime right after they open at 10am. That was so great. I really appreciate the staff's lovely smile and help.
M KI had a bad experience today 12 Feb 2025 at Polar Puffs and Cakes at Hougang Mall at 12.30pm. I was using shopback to redeem my vouchers and the staff gave me the wrong code 1622 which supposed to be 1624 and redemption was processed but she refused to give me my sugar roll as the code was incorrect. Her attitude was very bad. She was not apologetic at all. She behaved as though it was my fault. I had no choice but to redeem less 1 cake and yet she gave me short of another cake. Lucky I checked it before leaving. Overall very bad experience. Service is very very bad. How can they hire people like this to be in the service line.
