Jet CarlosWas charged for 9 pies but I only got 6. I originally ordered 6 pies but didn't realize I was charged for 9 pies when I was already too far to go back to have it settled. I hope Polar will do something about this.
Nur TPlease change the cake box to something more user friendly. For years, buying this and the same happened. The cake fall out of the box and splattered everywhere in the floor. V poor box design. Photo the aftermath of picking them all up fr the floor.
corr howI am staying near Whitesand mall, I always like to use my HPB voucher (Healthy 365) to redeem Polar cakes/puff as a reward for my points earning. However, I think since end of last year, the staff told me that this branch cannot use HPB voucher due to their system down. Why so long not able to use HPB vouchers in this branch? Can HQ looks into this. Thanks.
