Adrian ChiaTo the polar puff management. I was there at 940pm today. I was unable to be served as the staff told me they were doing closing procedures. I saw that the shelves were all emptied out n the sales register was already off. I mentioned that the closing time was 10pm on googlemaps but the staff told me need time to do their closing procedures n I guess hence they stopped conducting business at 940pm. Fortunately I got to the J8 branch at 952pm n they were able to entertain my business. I've also rated the J8 branch 5 stars for their professionalism n service. I've no issues with needing time to complete closing procedures n in fact I agree with that. I only post this one star rating to highlight to the management to amend the closing time to 940pm on googlemaps so customers like me will know that for this branch, it stops conducting business at 940pm so we won't try to come if we can't make it.
