I was here today (21 JUNE 2026) to get a Mini Chicken Pie and a Peanut Coffee Roll - the latter is one of my favourite desserts from Polar Puffs & Cakes. It was my first time getting a Mini Chicken Pie from Polar Puffs & Cakes and... I was VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. The "Chicken" filling therein was ever so tiny. Even when I bit almost to the middle of it, I only got a hint of it. In short, it was almost 90% just pastry and 10% "Chicken" - see relevant photo herein. As for the Peanut Coffees Roll, fortunately it was very good as I had expected. Service here was good - friendly and courteous. The buying experience from the kiosk was also good.

The white T-shirt skinny sales lady is always not at the counter and went away. I have several experience to wait for her for more than 10 mins. She is also not paying attention to what the customer order. I order 5 chicken curry puff n 1 chicken pie. I keep repeating total is 6 n ask her if she gave me 6 as i can see she is not attentive at all. Luckily before i left the counter i open the box and check, she only give me 4 curry puff n 1 chicken....... Speechless...

Used to always enjoy going to Polar Puffs for their eclaires. Glad that I could use Kris+ Pay for payment, but their eclaires are now filled with butter cream instead of fresh cream in the past - probably because they can be kept longer, but it is no longer as good as before. Would get other products in future such as their pies but even those have shrunk in size while prices went up.
