GladysPooi Ling has always been so warm and friendly every time we visit. She’s consistently smiley and makes ordering a really pleasant experience. The waffles are slightly on the pricier side, but you can really taste the difference. They’re made with wholegrain, less sweet, and have a perfect crispy texture that’s honestly quite hard to find elsewhere. Even my mum, who usually doesn’t enjoy sweet food, really likes these waffles because they’re not overly sweet. Will definitely keep coming back! Thank you Pooi Ling! 🥰
R A L AbdeenYesterday (Sunday, 17 May 2026) morning, at shortly before nine, I went to the outlet at WHC (hoping) to buy their $3 chicken pies, which I usually do during the weekends. They open early at half past seven. And for the second (frustrating) time in about two months, this same particular female sales staff "abandoned" her post to "take a (very long) break", on the pretext of "helping to serve the customers better". She had put up a sign on the counter which stated that the shop would re-open at ten past ten. I have decided to never patronise this establishment again. Appalling work attitude. However, in spite of this unpleasant experience, there is one staff member at the outlet who fully deserves to be praised for her top-notch service - Wong Pooi Ling, who has always been friendly, helpful and courteous. Kudos to her for all those times she made my purchases there moments to savour. Much appreciated.
