Ruth Madeline LimPayment system has problem. Even the ordering system has problem. So tried to queue to order, end up the staff gave stinking attitude.. and I had to repeat my order 3 times. So because payment system has issue cashier even said then pay cash la... Really find the whole experience unpleasant.
Shamimie 18The drinks were very disappointing. They tasted bland and not rich at all. The milk content seemed very little, making everything taste diluted. Considering the price, the quality definitely does not match the cost. I hope the management improves the consistency and taste of their beverages.
Samuel GohI visited Polar on a weekday morning just before my appointment at SGH. I was in a wheelchair but was attended to by the kind gentleman, Yap Wei Ting, who helped me take my order at the counter. He went beyond, asking me to stay at the counter and passed all the food and drink items to me personally so I did not have to roll my wheelchair to the pick up point.. Great job!
