Wide variety of cakes and pastries. But items may be in fridge longer than at other branches cos stock movement is not fast. Also, very poor service from young female Chinese staff. Refuses to serve, often hiding below/away from counter to be playing with phone. Parking ==== 7am to 10pm: $2.70 for the first hour; $1.70 for subsequent half hour or part thereof. After 10pm: $5.00 (multiple entries per day) Whole day inpatient concessionary parking $10.00 (multiple entries per day) *Conditions of Concession Pass as Follows: It is only valid for ONE (1) vehicle per MAH Registration Card (Pink Colour). Concession Parking Fee is $10.00 per day with multiple entries (this means that motorists can enter & exit the hospital compound however many times they need to per day). Concession Pass is valid from 0000 hrs to 2359 hrs (per whole day).

What is wrong with the young staff working at 7pm on the 3rd of Nov, today. I asked her if I can get a roll and she told me its in the fridge and she doesnt want to take it out because it will delay her closing and she will have to go back late. I asked her isn't the fridge just behind you? and she says "im lazy to take it out". She goes on to say that if I order more than 5 pieces than it will be worth her time. I asked her if its Polars policy and she said no but said she is lazy. I cant believe Polar is ok with such poor customer service and poor work ethics.

Always a delight buying from Mount Alvernia outlet, staff Zarinah has a pleasant personality. Always serving customers with a smile.
