Dear Management, Order Date: 28.11.25 Order Time: 2:11 PM Requested Delivery Time: 8:45 PM Actual Delivery Time: 8:10 PM I would like to provide feedback regarding a very disappointing experience with your store manager. When I highlighted that the pizza we received was noticeably thinner than what we have ordered from Pizza Hut in the past few years, and that the ingredients were clearly less than before, I asked the manager to check our past order records. Instead of assisting, he told me not to make comparisons. If customers are not allowed to compare, how can we know whether the quality is consistent? His response was unprofessional and left me very upset. We spent $45.10, and the order was meant for my brother’s birthday celebration. Yet the pizza arrived cold, looked like it had been left aside for a long time, and the overall quality was unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the manager asking me to go down to the outlet so he could “do the pizza in front of me.” As a customer, is it my responsibility to go to the store just to check what should have been properly prepared and quality-checked before delivery? Why wasn’t the food quality inspected by the manager before handing it over to the delivery rider? This entire experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering it was for a special occasion. I sincerely hope the management will look into this matter seriously and take the necessary actions to ensure better service and quality in the future. Thank you.
Great experience ordering takeaway from Pizza Hut Toa Payoh. Staff were friendly, efficient, and even suggested good add-ons. Order was prepared on time and everything was fresh. 👍
Food panda order #1012, 17 April 2026, evening/night. Firstly , I ordered 6 sliders and all of them are significantly smaller than the box it was packed in. It is like 75% smaller. The flat bread width and length is much smaller than the box. When you vertically lift up the slider box from the plastic bag, you can feel the pizza in it literally sliding from one empty area from 1 corner downwards. It is not the carton sliding, but the pizza sliding from empty spot to another empty spot in the packaging. Maybe the sliders marketing is not referring to their packaging being able to slide out and eat the flat bread but the above irony. I am not sure whether the sliders flatbread base has been pre-made by their central kitchen to be that small. I am not sure if there were instructions to reduce food portions due to the Iran/Israel war since fuel prices went up. But it is like buying a cup of bubble tea but only fill up 75% of the cup. Yes, I understand that marketing media and visuals are for illustration purposes only. But if anyone thinks about it, by saving 25% and cheating 25% from every slider, they can save 150% or 1.5 slider from people like me who ordered 6 sliders. Secondly, I ordered a chicken supreme pizza. But I dont know why they want to cheat and leave out the topping like the green color capsicum. So if you want to add on topping, you have to pay extra to Pizza Hut, but Pizza hut can deceptively choose to omit toppings from the pizza without compensating the customer ...
