After sending a private complaint, I am also met with excellent quality service of no reply after 3 days. Considering of sharing this fantastic experience with MOF. Never ordering again.
MH Tham*April 2026* Ordered via Foodpanda to get this specific branch instead of the app-assigned Braddell outlet. Unfortunately, we received thin crust pizzas instead of the pan pizzas we ordered. We were only provided a partial refund, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, we chose to reorder on the spot. That said, the pan pizza was still as good as we remembered. Overall, an unfortunate experience that dampened our monthly pizza night for us. Please do better. *June 2025* Have always ordered from this branch over the years. Enjoyed the pizzas which may be slightly inconsistent but overall very good!
BenjaminI live nearby and have ordered several times. Food has been delicious and prepared quickly. The staff Annie has also been extremely friendly and helpful, with excellent follow up and service recovery on a previous issue with my order. Definitely recommend this place as a good branch to get your pizza
