Y XUpdate: After leaving a negative review on Google, Pizza Hut responded with what appears to be an automated reply asking me to submit feedback through their helpdesk. This had already been done earlier, with screenshots provided from the start. It seems that customer reviews and feedback on Google are not genuinely followed up on, much like the experience with Pizza Hut’s feedback platform itself. Original post: Worst experience with this Pizza hut outlet. The food we received is smashed. After we feedback to Pizza Hut helpdesk for a few days, this feedback case just closed by store. There is no follow up with us from Pizza hut at all.
Weewian ChongCompliment for Outstanding Service by Saiyidah and Ayob I would like to commend two of your staff members, Saiyidah and Ayob, for their excellent service on 16 May 2026 at around 7.40pm. It was an especially hectic period with many incoming orders, customers, and delivery riders waiting with various queries. Despite there being only the two of them managing the situation, they handled everything remarkably well. They were efficient, composed, and worked seamlessly together under pressure. My family and I were among the customers who encountered an issue, as we had waited for almost an hour and our order was not reflected on their system. Saiyidah and Ayob attended to us promptly and resolved the matter quickly and professionally. What stood out most was their patience, positive attitude, and professionalism despite the overwhelming crowd and workload. They consistently attended to everyone politely and maintained excellent service standards throughout. Staff members like them are truly a gem, and I sincerely hope Pizza Hut recognises and appreciates their hard work and dedication.
