We were having difficulty ordering and there was this friendly charismatic staff named Ilhan who approached us.He recommended on what to order and did not disappoint us. His service is fantastic. We love the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Definitely coming here again!
Jianliang QiuHave a very bad experience with Ubi pizza hut outlet. We have placed an order on 1st June 2026. Food arrived cold and watery. We do a request to refund the food. MDM Ng is nice to agreed a refund for our order. After awhile I heard my friend that Mr. Rashid call and told us that if refund they will need to come out from their pocket, so please us to accept a redo on the order and send it to us on 14 June 2026. On 13 June 2026 my friend wanted to remind and called Mr Rashid at 8.01pm. But didn't pick up. So my friend thought he might be busy and wanted to message him. At 8.02pm Mr Rashid called back and told my friend did she know that is her family time ? And why call at that timing ? HELLO ???? we as a consumer we know when is your off day ? When is your gathering timing ?? Do we know your working schedule? So we do not know and what we know is Pizza hut is still open at that timing. Unless you tell us your store is closed.. online shows that your store is open at 11am to 2am. Well done Mr Rashid using that kind of word to question my friend. I regretted asking my friend to order Pizza hut as she actually wanted to order dominos.. From now on I won't even eat pizza hut again.. thank you for your excellent service. I as a customer don't suit your services. Thank you Mr Rashid.

(HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO THIS STORE) Mdm Ng and Mr Rashid do contact me and we do accept the offer for the replacement. As per conversation with Mdm Ng was very helpful and we understand if the refund came out from our OWN POCKET MONEY IS VERY BAD! Mdm Ng overseas and wan me to contact Mr Rashid. Finally we accept the replacement but end up yesterday (14th June 2026) I contact Mr Rashid but I dunno he off, he was asking me I off u know? I be with my children and parents u know? You call in a wrong timing u know?(I call him no answer and he call back when I’m typing a msg ready to sent to him.) And you guys too rude to me, once we accept the offer so you guys can do it so bad on me. Fully not recommended to this store.
