MT CFriendly and good service by staff! Located conveniently in the boon lay cc, small shop with a long table for seating and waiting. Will come back for pizza hut order and take away again!!! Pls keep up the good service.
Ng Kian SoonI ordered in app for a pick up at 1940hr. I went to the store at 2010hr. I was shocked that the employee told me that my order was taken by other people. It is clear that the employee is not doing their job to check the order detail that should be provided by the customer otherwise my order will not be taken by other customer. This is not the first time it happened. This cause my other food to turn soggy. Not only it waste 20mins of my time waiting for them to re do the order, it also cause the other food I purchased to be inedible. I raised a feedback and pizzahut just closed the ticket without even sending me a reply.
