MK JamsI would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Manager and the entire team at Pizza Hut SAFRA Punggol for the excellent service provided on Sunday, 19 July 2026, at about 6.00 pm. Despite the restaurant being very busy with many dine-in and takeaway orders and operating with limited manpower, the team remained calm, professional and courteous throughout. I was particularly impressed by the Malay male manager, who handled the crowd with exceptional composure, patience and professionalism. His calm demeanour while attending to customers and supporting his team was truly commendable. I would also like to commend the lady staff wearing a tudung, who served customers with a warm smile, politeness and great respect despite the busy environment. Her excellent customer service made the dining experience pleasant. Although there was a high volume of orders, my food was prepared and served well, and I was very satisfied with the quality and service. The entire team’s dedication, teamwork and positive attitude deserve recognition. Thank you to the Manager and all the staff for going above and beyond. They are a great credit to Pizza Hut, and I hope their outstanding efforts will be recognised by the company. Well done, and keep up the excellent work
Boris “秋村” KuekCame to eat. waited 30-40mins just for a staff to attend to my question. asked the first staff, got no idea what is even going on. She works in pizza hut yet knows nothing about using the app to order. directed to 2nd staff, showed her the all day meal, checked the app and got no listing about the saver meal. Checked and checked then she say oh it ends at 8pm. If so why is it not listed on the menu itself. T&C also nv put. Poor choice of marketing. Worse CS ever. Put cashier there for what. might as well take away. even a self service kiosk would be so much better.
Serene SeeFirst time eating at this Pizza Hut branch. The pizzas are freshly made and piping hot. It is also cooked perfectly. The lady working (seems like alone) is very efficient. She takes order, collects payment, made the pizzas and also call out for customers for collection. Even though she is alone and busy, she is still pleasant and smiley. The dining experience is very good indeed!
