ABC XYZI ordered a large PAN pizza but got the thin crust instead. Very disappointing as I have always been a regular customer of pizza hut and am a big fan of the pan crust. Also there was only one staff at this branch during the peak hour period and she looked very busy and overworked. I hope pizza hut can better manage staffing especially during promotional periods.
JAIGANESH SelvarajooWent to buy pizza, waited for them to take my order. They just ignored me. And finally when the cashier took my order, she had no idea on anything. Even the duty manager was not around. Eaten here a few time, other times the service was 5star rating. Today o is the first time such bad service. Will still give it a try in the future, hopefully the service is better.
