The pizza arrived cold, late for delivery for an hour, and the delivery fulfilled by Foodpanda took more than 30 mins (aggregated order). The pizza toppings just slides off from the pizza. This is 101% under baked pizza. Just look at the photos, explains it all. Pizza Hut blames Foodpanda, Foodpanda said order not ready at Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut, if you see this review, do something about your Jalan Kayu branch, it needs a new branch manager.
kayThe food is good lah, give 4 stars, but service is really atrocious leh. My order came with a missing pizza and I submitted an online help ticket to Pizza Hut. Jalan Kayu branch staff called me and said could give a voucher for a free pizza. Initially asked them to just refund me for that pizza but they said cannot since it’s in a set. Then fine, I accepted the “voucher”, which I thought it was an online promo code that I can use to check out from any store. After the call, no follow up. I submitted another help ticket on Pizza Hut website and it auto-closed without hearing from any one. I called in to the hotline and this time, another staff sent me a picture of a voucher on WhatsApp and asked me to show the whatsapp message for me to claim a free pizza for takeaway (it doesn’t make sense because it’ll take me 1.5hrs to and fro just to claim the pizza). Only after checking for a while then they allowed an alternative arrangement to deliver the pizza to somewhere around their stall, scheduled to be delivered at 8pm. Only when I messaged them at 8.15, 8:30pm then they started to prepare and place the order for delivery. Atrocious service by Pizza Hut Jalan Kayu, that even though the store screwed up with a missing order, they can’t even follow through properly with a service recovery and I need to keep asking.
