Nyla Fayei was really happy to be served by a Malay staff member, Nurul. Her customer service was excellent and she had such a bubbly, positive attitude that really brightened the whole experience. Staff like her are exactly what should be maintained in the store as they bring great energy and make customers feel genuinely welcomed.
