Rashidah LimIm very disappointed with my Pizza Hut delivery order today. I ordered two regular pizzas, and both arrived looking burnt. Instead of the gooey, cheesy pizza I was expecting, the cheese was dry and hard, making the pizza difficult to chew. To make matters worse, the pizzas weren't even cut properly and looked very poorly prepared. Overall, the presentation and quality were far below expectations. I tried calling the outlet to resolve the issue, but the line was constantly busy for almost an hour, so I couldn't even speak to anyone. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope Pizza Hut improves its quality control and customer service.

I am amazed by the incredibly swift response from the team despite the indirect channel of Google reviews. Within 3 days, they were ready to fully compensate my order, no charge and no fuss. The representative, Tam, was warm, friendly and apologetic on behalf of the company. It is with great pleasure that I got the opportunity to settle this with her amicably. The process was easy to follow and posed no inconvenience to me. Thank you very much for making this experience a great one! The first impression of the quality of service that I noticed certainly came from somewhere good 😉 ====================================== Ordered a takeout from this outlet from the app. Let's start with the good - I'm extremely satisfied with the service of this outlet (and, unrelated, the Foodpanda driver) who offered their most gracious apologies for the 40 minute delay, though concrete compensation is unknown at this time (for those interested in that). Pizzas were well cut and really easy to peel off, perhaps an improvement from one of the reviews below. I must commend this outlet for being responsive and receptive to feedback. However, by the time the pizzas arrived, all the ingredients, specifically on the very beefy one, kinda clumped into a sad, flat paste on their always-satisfactory sourdough crust. There was no longer any texture or bite to it. Honestly, close my eyes and I wouldn't even know the meat was there. Also, their sidewinders (I would assume it's a new side, haven't seen that prior to this order) are just potato wedges, which would have been alright if the portion wasn't utterly sad (see photo, that was before any piece was removed). I can't help but be disappointed at the petite mass of soggy, though pretty well-seasoned, potatoes. It's with a heavy heart that I have to leave this semi scathing review on the shoulders of what has struck me as an impressive customer service crew. Even though I've never met them in person, I'm confident their ability will leave a positive impression if I am to visit. I hope the next experience, if there is to be one, will be better.
FellaService was excellent at Pizza Hut Tampines Green View. I visited on 26th February at about 1900hrs and the experience was truly pleasant. Although the store was busy during the dinner crowd, the service experience and food quality were not compromised at all. The staff were warm, friendly and very attentive. The lady staff took the initiative to give helpful recommendations, which made ordering easier and value for money. The pizza was served hot and fresh, with generous toppings and great flavour. Despite the peak hour rush, the team managed everything efficiently. The dining area was also clean and comfortable. Kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards. Well done! 👏👏 👏
