Visited this outlet for the 1st time. Bought their $10 pizza on offer. What I want to review is the wonderful service staff (Chinese lady) who attended to me. She was so sweet and cheerful, with a smile. She explained that the offer was on today and tomorrow should I want to buy again. The place is very clean and there was a group of gentlemen who were eating. When I went to collect my pizza 10mins later, saw the gentlemen leaving the outlet and this staff was waving them goodbye. The table they used was neat and spotless. She cleaned it up very efficiently. Will return to this outlet should I want to eat pizza again. Good service is very hard to come by.

I’ve always enjoyed the pizza here — it’s consistently good when eaten fresh in-store. I live nearby and often order through the app and dine in. The staff are usually friendly and helpful, which is why this experience stood out in a disappointing way. This evening, as soon as I sat down with my pizza and before I had even taken a bite, a staff member asked me to leave a Google review. Asking for a review is fine. However, she then insisted on taking a photo of my Google review on her phone, which I found quite absurd and uncomfortable. Reviews should never be mandatory, and they certainly should not be photographed. I was told this was because the marketing team has a daily target of six reviews. I understand this is not the staff member’s fault and that she was likely following instructions, but the approach was intrusive and poorly timed. Standing next to a customer with a phone, waiting to photograph a review before they’ve even started eating, is not appropriate. If a review must be verified, simply showing it should be sufficient. Taking photos of customers’ reviews crosses a line. I hope management reconsiders this practice, as it detracts from what is otherwise a good dining experience.

First time at this restaurant. I'm stunned by the design and the atmosphere. Despite only 5 tables, it is super cozy for. Dining in with family and friends. Will choose to dine in the next round.
