For just under $10, Pho Vietnam has some really tasty Vietnam cuisine and with how low the price is, I’m surprised there hasn’t been an award for the food yet. Now, I can’t comment on the authenticity of the food as I have not been to Vietnam at all, but the flavour the Pho had was really good. Best part was the surprisingly short wait times. This could probably be the lack of an actual queue but either way, the food arrived quick. I’d definitely come back here for my Vietnam cravings next time.
I ordered the fried rice with chicken chop. Bad choice. Fried rice is over fried with parts burnt. Chick chop is room temperature and doesn’t taste fresh. Not sure about other dishes as this was my first.
Ordered Grill Chicken Chop with rice. Refer to image. Chicken chop is cut which allows eating using fork and spoon, knife not required. Image looks red, I assumed it would be spicy. But it is not spicy at all, baby safe. Not sure what is it, but there is an unique asian fragrance to the chicken, or perhaps from the sauce I poured over the chicken. Looking forward to try the Pho.
