Karen KohExtremely rude staff for ignoring me when I stand at the counter saying hi hi so many times thinking that he didnt know I was there but he was just cant be bothered to respond to me. So I stand there watching him transfer sauce from container to metal tin until he finished then he is willing to respond to me. By the time I ask my question, he say sold out, need to wait 30mins to make new batch. I was thinking he could have respond to me straight and not let me wait, wasting my few mins or nicely respond to say give me a min to let me know he is aware that I am waiting. I walked away without buying but wasted my time waiting for a bad service staff just ignoring me pretending he didnt see me.
S M TTerrible service on 9 April (~5:50pm). The lady behind the counter was too busy chatting with the chef to focus on customers. Even after I told her I was in a hurry, she kept talking and took her time. She also failed to mention they were out of cheese powder when I asked for condiments. When I went back to clarify, she gave me a major attitude. Extremely unprofessional to ignore customers and then get defensive about your own lack of communication.
