LEE BoysFirst time buying pizza from Pezzo at Tampines Hub, and I had a very positive experience. The female service staff was polite and professional throughout. When I returned to request a plastic bag, she explained courteously that she was attending to the pizzas in the oven and asked me to give her a moment. Almost immediately, her male colleague stepped in to assist after completing another customer’s transaction. I would like to commend both staff members for their professionalism and composure. During my visit, I observed that not all customers were particularly polite when placing their orders, yet the staff continued to serve everyone patiently and respectfully. What stood out to me was how warmly they responded when customers smiled and said “please” and “thank you.” It was a reminder that service staff are people too, and a little courtesy goes a long way.
