JirongieI went there to get pizza, but the experience was really disappointing. When I arrived, the staff member (a Malay girl) already had a very unfriendly expression, as if I owed her money. I ordered three pizzas, but she only entered two into the system. When I pointed it out, she responded rudely, asking, “So how many do you want?” To make matters worse, she got my order wrong. Thankfully, I checked before leaving and asked her to confirm what she had entered. Instead of addressing it politely, she looked even more annoyed, as if she didn’t want to fix the mistake. She even rolled her eyes when taking the order back. Overall, the service was very poor and disappointing. It was my first time there, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.
