reannoAnother customer mistakenly took my order and opened up the pizza box, so the staff (nice uncle) immediately started preparing a fresh one for us. He even gave us 2 free chicken wings for the extended wait, thought that was nice of him 😁
Sagar NarayananI had ordered some pizza slices and garlic bread for takeaway 6 days back at Pezzo at Lot One mall. At that time, I had collected the pizza but because they said it would take 10 minutes for the garlic bread, I waited. But I was engrossed on my phone and soon I forgot about the garlic bread and left. I remembered about not collecting it when I reached home but it did not make sense for me to go back just for that. Today, I happened to visit LOT One again for some other reason and remembered this. I walked over to pezzo and explained this, and they were kind enough to give me a garlic bread without any invoice. Just on trust. So, I wanted to record this post for their service.
