I was just being a nice customer while someone took away my order wrongly , I went to check with one of the staffs if my order is ready. Then a Malay staff (Amirah) shouted at the back say ‘ be patient ‘ . In the end it was they missed my order, and I have to wait till the next batch is ready on a busy dinner Monday evening. Is it totally ok to make mistakes as we all human , but please please be a nice person , don’t show your attitude at work , everybody has Monday blues come on .
Absolutely unacceptable. Management needs to urgently train staff and enforce a proper SOP for reheating pizzas. I've lost count of how many times I've received pizzas that were dry, overcooked, or poorly reheated. This time was by far the worst. While waiting for my order, I literally saw smoke coming out of the pizza as it was being reheated before being packed into the box. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was burnt. Not slightly overcooked — actually burnt. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not a one-off mistake. It has happened repeatedly over the years, and across multiple branches. That points to a systemic problem, not an isolated staff error. Customers pay for a fresh, enjoyable meal, not a burnt pizza that looks like it was forgotten in the oven. The lack of quality control and consistency is shocking for a brand of this size. Management needs to take this seriously and address the issue before more customers are left disappointed. By the way, Chinese girl (tall) handling counter was kinda moody and attitude
Five stars for Ling at the Sun Plaza outlet! I had a wonderful experience thanks to her honesty. She realized she had overcharged me by mistake, immediately admitted it, and corrected the error to charge me the right amount. It is rare to find such integrity in customer service nowadays. Highly recommend this branch!
