There is no A simple service of telling cutomer in waiting that they are busy at the moment and may take some time will be at least a courtesy. Rather than, I have to observed 3 staffs each minding their own doing probably grab orders. I saw there was only one receipt pasted at first while they are putting the pizza in boxes. Now it is more than 10mins. I waited patiently. The person queing behind me left. One customer lost. I waited again and this time they printed 4 more receipts. Please dont tell me they are doing that orders till done, only then they will be serving. I am right. They are doing what they doing. Not taking my order. When I asked how long more then can take my order? Only then, they said, your order please? This is not right. Please closed your shop if there are too many grab or delivery orders. Do not keep people standing in front of your outlet for so long. I believe there is no improvement based on the last recent reviews. Keeping customer waiting is still is a issue. This happened today. Please Pezzo looked into your northpoint outlet!
BesharpsOrdered some spicy drumlets early in the morning, it was fresh and tasted great. The price was good too. I also have to give my compliments to the staff, an elderly malay woman who provided a friendly and excellent service. 👍✨
zheng lmWaited for more than 10 minutes. There were three staff members present, but they didn’t serve me until I urged them. Then when they finally gave it to me, one box fell on the floor and they actually put it back in directly. The service attitude and hygiene awareness are really poor.
