1/6/2026 I tried the Chicken Pepper Rice at Pepper Lunch for $10.90, and added broccoli for an extra $0.90. The pepper flavor was really fragrant with a good spicy kick — just how I like it. However, the chicken portion was a bit small compared to the rice. Still tasty overall, but for $10.90, I'd expect a bit more chicken.

I am lodging a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable and extremely disrespectful conduct of one of your staff members on the morning of 22 February 2026. I was the first customer to arrive at the outlet that morning. The manager personally saw me and invited me to take a seat while waiting for operations to begin. At approximately 11:00am, I was clearly the first person in line at the ordering counter. After waiting for about four minutes, a woman in her 50s blatantly cut the queue and even attempted to grab the menu from my hand. I chose to remain calm and avoid physical contact. I politely informed the staff at the counter that I had been first in line. Instead of managing the situation professionally and fairly, the staff member rudely snatched the menu from my hand and proceeded to serve the customer who cut the queue. This was completely unjustified and demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect. The situation worsened when I received my takeaway order. No utensils were provided. After I reminded her, she threw the utensils into my bag in an aggressive and dismissive manner. Furthermore, I noticed that my sauce container was only half-filled, while other customers were given full portions. When I calmly asked whether mine could be filled to the same level as the others, she responded with an unfriendly expression and said, “Bring yours over,” in a tone that was clearly annoyed and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with fairness, courtesy, and respect. What I experienced was the complete opposite. The staff member’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and unacceptable in any service environment. I request that management investigate this incident thoroughly, take appropriate disciplinary action, and provide proper service training to your staff. I also expect a formal apology for the way I was treated. This experience has seriously affected my perception of your establishment, and I hope this matter will be addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

Came here during lunch hour, which was pretty crowded. The student deals were worth it, but generally, most of the options are worth it. You can either order at the table by scanning a QR code, which then you have to pay through your device, or you can go to the counter to purchase your meal. Food came in about 5-10 minutes. It is served relatively fast, and the food quality has a good standard to it. There are condiments on the table that you can add to your food. Tables are cleaned thoroughly after the staff neatly clear the table. Very efficient with great food. Overall, a good place to have a meal with your friends and families!
