Zafranhad an extremely unpleasant experience at this Pepper Lunch Express outlet, largely due to the cashier’s unprofessional and rude behaviour. She failed to acknowledge our presence properly and displayed a visibly irritated and dismissive attitude throughout the ordering process. Her tone and facial expressions made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, to the point where we were discouraged from completing our order or adding anything further. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and it has left a very negative impression. This will definitely be my first and last visit to this outlet.
Nor Hafizah Abd HamidI ordered the japanese curry cheese rice with beef. The Indian lady cashier was not friendly and almost like rude. The food frankly tastes bland, the curry didn’t taste like fresh. Overall the food is only worth to taste once. I won’t order it second time.
