One of my favourite foodcourt food. Abt 20% cheaper compared with their standalone outlet but portion wise also seems smaller. However, their rice consistently disappoint, if they prefer softer rice they should invest on pearl grain which is not a tall ask given their price point.

i order the no.1 beef pepper rice it totally look different from the order photo. just 4 small pieces of meat for $7.90 lol! feel like been cheated! eat people also must have a limit don't see people like easy to eat then give like this, others you give differently! dishonest doing business! 👎👎 shame on you! never come again! 👎

there are genuinely only 4 thin slivers of meat here. 20grams. its getting ridiculous. pepper lunch was always expensive, but i let it slide because i liked the taste. but seeing this pathetic amount of meat for $9.90 is insane. i know rising costs are tough, but if other smaller stalls (ie western one in same food court) can afford selling BEEF STEAK (~150grams) at 12.90, with more staff cost (for ACTUALLY COOKING THE MEAT), i dont see why pepper lunch cant increase the amount of meat, or lower the price. 😅 no wonder there has been no queue here lately. i am sorely disappointed. *the meat you see in the pic is genuinely all there is😅
