Business is good but totally under staff. Tables full and dishes on top of empty tables and also full in the tray returns until ppl place trays onto the utensils counter and also full. I tried to help clear and empty table but no where else to place anymore. Very bad example of businesses cutting manpower to get more profits. I see 4 staffs in the whole restaurants. U can imagine the facial expression of the only 1 staff on the floor running around. Can see 1 cook soong orders but not sure what other 2 is doing. I waited half hour and still waiting for my food.... I hope the HQ see this review and improve but I doubt it. son wanted to eat here and so we came but we could have easily eat at the hawker center next door where ample seats and also clean....... Makes u wonder why need to pay more and be in a bad environment and don enjoy the food anymore as it's a whole experience.
Came on a Friday afternoon for lunch, this place is terribly understaffed with the counter being left unmanned for extended periods of time without any explanation to customers. They even claimed that they ran out of buzzers which is totally unacceptable. The food was good though so it is a shame that the lack of staff here makes the experience a very negative one.
This spot is located at the back side of the mall, not inside, which made finding it a bit of a challenge. Ordering process was unusual, you pay first, then have to hand over your receipt before they start preparing your food. The shop was nearly empty when we visited, so there was no issue with waiting, but the system could definitely use some improvement for efficiency. No doubt about the quality of the food, it tasted great and was well worth the effort. Overall, the experience was fine, though not without its quirks. With a few changes, it could be a more seamless dining experience.
