Jeffrey Pekordered upsized prawn aglio olio linguine but came with a portion same as the other 2 plates without upsized. Asked the staff and she insisted it was the other 2 plates that had been given extra pastas. She bought the plate to kitchen and came back with the same serving size without mentioning anything. I have been a regular at pastamania, be it dine in or delivery, and has ordered upsized everytime. The serving portion is significantly larger if you chose to upsize. This plate is obviously undersize yet nothing was done after sounding out. The upsized fee was already charged yet normal size was served. Mushroom soup was also very salty.
Li Xuan TanTom yum pasta was amazing! Noodles were cooked to perfection, and the tom yum sauce has equal levels of spiciness, creaminess and umami. I got to try the panna cotta too! I really loved that the milky base of the pudding balances with the sour and sweetness of the raspberry compote on the top. Would eat it again.
XY CI ordered the salted egg yolk chicken spaghetti (SGD14) which tasted passable but I did not feel so good after eating it (abit queasy) although nothing eventually happened. The alfresco area outside should be cleaned by the service staff more frequently as some of the chairs tend to have fresh bird shit and the tables were not wiped down properly.
